No matter how hard the owner tries to be one of the group members but it sadly doesn’t work.

Okay, I lie.

It’s possible. But, it would be a real struggle for the owner to be treated as one of the group members.

I’ve not been completely successful but have tried several ways so that the entire group makes decisions based on data, not on the opinion or the word of the owner.

One can make radically good decisions by following these strategies (and avoid being a HIPPO).
